These Battery Powered Lifting Magnets are extremely useful throughout the plant, around the yard, in receiving and shipping areas, cut-off saws, burning tables and machine tools. They have widespread applications for handling of machined components, die-blocks, smooth castings and forgings, plates, bars, pipes and structural's.

BM series for Flat Material Handling -
BM1350, BM2500, BM5000
These models are designed to lift heavy, thick plates and blocks. The maximum lift capacity is obtained on material thicknesses of 50mm and above and on relatively flat, machined surfaces. Model BM5000 has two independently suspended "2500" magnets to lift large objects.
Model BM3600
This model is specially designed for plate lifting for 3mm thickness and up. Provided a smooth and flat surface, this magnet will lift a plate of 2400x1800mm of 3mm thick and even 6x3 metres when 25mm thick! The "tip-off" feature allows to drop excess plates in case multiple plates are picked up from a stack.

BMP series for Flat, Rounds and Structural's
BMP1800, BMP3600
These so-called bi-polar lifting magnets with V-shaped pole shoes are designed to lift both flat and round material as well as I- and H-beams, angles, channels, Tees and Zees. The maximum lift capacity is obtained on material thickness of 50mm and above. Thanks to the good depth of field, these models cope very well with irregular surfaces.

Fox IFS is one of the most recent players in the industrial filtration field. Founded in 2002 by ELICA, one of the largest global manufacturers of cooker hoods, they have years of valuable experience in the machine tool, filtration and industrials systems sectors. FOX offer the most efficient form of filtration in oil mist, smoke, odours and dust extraction. The WS series of oil mist filtration system offers a simple and low maintenance product that gives over 99% efficiency.

WS Series -
FOX IFS is introducing a new and innovative line of oil mist collectors for machine tools. Specifically developed for the elimination of mist, vapour, smoke and odours typical of wet machining operations these mechanical filters (CE marked) can also be employed in mixed application (wet/dry) and for EDM machines.
With 5 sizes, ranging from 250 to 2000 m3/h, the WS line is characterised by a high level of reliability, sophisticated design and compact dimensions.
1st Stage - Initial Pre-Filtration - A special cartridge, composed of 3 different stages (one of them washable) with progressive filtration levels grants a 92% efficiency level. It's main characteristics are the high capability of accumulating particles and the slow and efficient draining effect.
2nd Stage - Intermediate Centrifugal - A special impeller ensures the centrifugal effect that enables the continuous discharge of recondensed particles.
3rd Stage - Final Filtration - Extended filtration area. Made of fibreglass, provides an average filtration efficiency above 99% (measured accordingly to AFNOR NFX 44-060 norm). Clogging is monitored by a pressure gauge that clearly indicates when the cartridge must be replaced.
For special applications there is the possibility to install an additional filtration module that perfectly fits on the unit. The module can either contain an absolute Hepa H13 (99.95% MPPS according to EN 1822) filter for the elimination of dry smoke or activated carbon cells for the elimination of odours.
DM Series -
DM series is ideal for a permanent type of installation. Set up is extremely easy and maintenance interval are long thanks to the unique self cleaning system. Each single cartridge is equipped with individual compressed air minitanks. DM 1500 comes with 20 m2 filtering area allowing, according to the application, to reach 1500 m3/h while model DM 2500 has about 40 m2 for 2500 m3/h.
The current need for increased safety measures on the workplace environment are clearly indicating the importance of capturing and eliminating the pollution right at the source before reaching the operator’s breathing area. Following this guideline FOX IFS has developed one line of dust collectors for the filtration of dry dust. The range of possible applications is very broad across different industries dealing with different operations and materials (metals, plastic, rubber and cement). The DM series is characterized, as for the WS line of mist collectors, by a high quality level and distinctive design.

DS Series -
DS series represents the ideal solution to the problem of welding fumes. The unit DS1500 (1 arm) and DS2500 (2 arms) have been designed with the objective of obtaining the complete elimination of smoke created by welding type of operations. The DS series is very robust and versatile and designed to last a long time.
MAX efficiency - With 5 standard filtration stages included (metallic, synthetic, bag, absolute and activated carbon represents the best possible configuration of filters available on the market.
Extended filters lifetime - Filter’s surface area and activated carbon quantity above the ones used in the field.
Versatility - Thanks to the integrated tray and to the large filtration area of the bag filter the unit can also be used to collect dry dust making it polyvalent and economical
